先接通三相电源总开关，然后打开机台侧控制箱上的电源开关，如果有高周开关的，暂时不打上，接着打上电热电源开关，此时，真空管和热模都开始预热。在下模辅上绝缘物，上极端装上上模，按下试模开关，开始调试上下模接合位置，如果下接合不良，就移动下模，如果水平不合，就调较上模的四支柱子。模具调好后，调节三个时间控制器（如果是脚踏型机，只有高周熔接时间），下降时间即上模运行到压紧下模的时间，熔接时间即输出时间，冷却时间，即固化时间，上述三个时间需灵活应用，并无固定值数。

以上操作如已超过10－15分钟，且温度也达到所需时，把高周开关打上，开始操作测试。测试时，如果效果不理想，需将同调器慢慢加上去，注视屏流表（不同机型该表的值不同，请参考说明书）。检查产品，如果不理想，就把同调器加一点或减一点，直至达到要求。
