•精确：测量结果的重复性高
Easy 3D每秒29张图片的取样频率确保高度精确的测量结果重复测量结果精度高：目标板仅需调整一次水平，之后的测量过程无需重复调整。系统可自动补偿因水平带来的误差。甚至重新装卡目标板和传感器也几乎不影响最终的测量结果。可在举升的位置调整车轮外倾角和主销后倾角，即使参考系统被阻挡。甚至可在车轮转向的时候调整车轮前束角度。
•简单：偏位补偿操作简单，节省空间和移动轻便一般情况下定位仪只有在完成偏位补偿的情况下才能确保测量结果的准确性，车轮偏位补偿能够弥补错的装卡和轮辋变形带来的误差。偏位补偿必须完成不可忽略，以便传感器识别测量板上的目标点，确定目标点与车轮旋转中心轴的对应关系。偏位补偿以每秒29帧的取样频率在60度的滚动范围内连续地识别测量板上目标点的运动轨迹，如此高的取样频率甚至可以在开动车辆的情况下完成钢圈偏位补偿。

•传感器
传感器固定在举升机的两侧，内部集成KPI重心传感器，实时检测传感器本身的重心。传感器的外壳由聚丙烯材质组成，轻便、结实、耐腐蚀。
•目标板
目标板上无任何电子元件，目标板分为两种，标准测量板可覆盖轴距在3.4米以内车辆，大号测量板可测量的最大轴距可达4.3米。目标板的反光贴客户可自行更换，无需校正，减少维修的费用。
